Return Conditions in case of termination of contract:

1. Unsigned articles of improper use, the manipulation of which in no case exceeds what is usually admitted to a commercial establishment under the terms and for the purposes of no. 3 of art. 13 and no. 2 of art. 14º of Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14/02.

 

 

2. Dévolution of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition.

3. Résolution period: Until the 14th consecutive day, from the day of delivery, pursuant to the provisions of number 1 of article 10 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of February 14

 

 

 

 

Refund: In case of return, the refund of the value of your purchase will be made through the same means of payment that was used by the consumer in the initial purchase and that does not incur costs for the consumer, after validation of the fulfillment of the return conditions described above , with Fitastore having a period of up to 14 days for this purpose.

 

The consumer must return the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he informed Fitastore of the decision to terminate the contract, having to bear the cost of returning the goods.

If you purchased an item at www.fitastore.net you have a period of 14 days to return your order. It may do so provided that the article is in the same condition as it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that constitute it and all elements duly sealed in its original packaging. You can do so by contacting our Customer Service Hotline (00351 920 060 149) for shipping procedures. It is not possible to ship the item to Fitastore without prior contact with the Customer Service Line.

 

 

The return conditions are as follows:

- Articles with no sign of use;

- Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition;

Return Policy Fitastore Stores:

In case you have purchased an item in a physical store Fitastore, you have a period of 14 days to return and request a refund of the product. To do this you must:

- Present the invoice

- The article must not show signs of use and must be accompanied by the original packaging, the instruction manual and its accessories and / or consumables.
