The retail prices shown at www.fitastore.net and its sub-domains are presented in euros. VAT is included in all prices.

6.6 Processing and delivery of the application

Deliveries of orders placed online will be made to any country in the world.

Products will be shipped within 1-2 business days of collection.

 

Important Note: Your order will only be processed after we confirm your payment. If a false or fraudulent order is detected, it can be canceled without prior notice.

Shipping damage refund: All items are delivered in secure packaging. If external damage is detected in the packaging of the product it must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to that damage in the document proving the delivery. You should also contact our Customer Service Line (00351 920 060 149).

If you detect any nonconformity or defect in the item you have purchased, you must report it to Fitastore within 60 (sixty) days from the date you detected it by contacting our Customer Support line (00351 920 060 149 ).

Possible errors of programming or defects in the operation of the computer system (machine), under the terms and for the purposes of arts. 32nd and 33nd. a) and b) of DL 7/2004, of January 7.

 

7. Warranty

 

The articles marketed by Fitastore on www.fitastore.net are subject to the legal guarantee regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of 8 April, with amendments introduced by Decree-Law no. 84/2008 of 21 May.
